Rossa has been creating authentic Italian gelato ice cream since 1896 when the Boccarossa family settled in Leicestershire after moving from Antica in the Apennine Mountains of Italy.
Today, Rossa still creates its silky smooth and luxurious gelato ice cream with the same passion as it did over one hundred years ago, effortlessly blending Italian history with modern processes to craft seven luxurious flavours of ice cream including black cherry, crème caramel, pistachio and strawberries and cream.
